Cold chain 2–8 °C
Vaccines, insulin, biologics. Pre-cooled zone, continuous logging bound to your consignment, an alarm within minutes of a breach, and mean kinetic temperature on the certificate.
Enforced limits: 2 … 8 °C
One carrier, one licence, one record chain. Every consignment moves in a qualified, temperature-mapped vehicle, and the compliance record is produced by the same system that moves the truck.
The most common credibility leak in this category is the phrase temperature-controlled with no range attached. Here are the three temperature products with the limits the excursion engine actually enforces, and a fourth cargo type with no limits at all.
Vaccines, insulin, biologics. Pre-cooled zone, continuous logging bound to your consignment, an alarm within minutes of a breach, and mean kinetic temperature on the certificate.
Enforced limits: 2 … 8 °C
Finished medicines and OTC. Dual-zone vehicles carry ambient and cold consignments on one trip without the two regimes ever sharing a zone.
Enforced limits: 15 … 25 °C
Available on request. Frozen goes through a vehicle check before we price it, so it is quoted by a dispatcher rather than by the engine.
Enforced limits: -25 … -15 °C
Devices, consumables and laboratory goods that carry no temperature limit. They ride in any qualified zone.
Enforced limits: No temperature limit
Sensors report while the vehicle rolls and the readings are bound to your consignment, not to the truck day. A breach beyond the grace period alarms on its own.
The temperature trace, min and max, time in range and mean kinetic temperature are issued per consignment, not per vehicle and not per month.
Every logger carries a calibration certificate with a date. The platform blocks work on an asset whose certificate has run out, so the check is structural rather than a reminder.
12 vehicles in the fleet are mapped and qualified with their zone geometry and temperature envelope recorded, which is what the load planner assigns against.
Hard specifications, read from the fleet register. Zone dimensions are the usable deck of each temperature zone, and they are what the load planner decides against.

Both run on the same fleet, the same licence and the same record chain. Only the commercial frame differs, and here is exactly how.

Cold chain 2–8 °C and ambient 15–25 °C as standard products, both enforced by the excursion engine at those limits. Frozen −25…−15 °C runs on request after a vehicle check. Dry goods with no limits ride in any qualified zone.
Readings are sliced by vehicle, by the temperature zone your pallets rode in and by the window between your loading and your delivery. A truck carrying two clients produces two different certificates from one telemetry stream.
Past the grace period held in the pricing parameters, the platform opens a deviation record on its own, alerts the dispatcher and the Responsible Person, and marks the consignment as under review. Root cause and CAPA are recorded before the record closes.
No. The quote form is open, the price is on screen, and an account is created for you only at the moment you book, so the shipment has a portal to live in.
It lands in the dispatcher inbox fully structured and you get the price by email. Nothing has to be repeated on the phone.
