This policy explains what personal data we process, on what basis, and the rights you hold under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
When you request a quote or book transport: contact name and email, company name, pickup and delivery locations, and shipment details. When you track a shipment: access is by a tokenised link only, with no login. When you use the client area: your account email and the records tied to your shipments.
Performance of a contract for quotes and orders (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)); a legal obligation to keep GDP temperature records (Art 6(1)(c)); and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Art 6(1)(f)).
Quotes that do not become orders are kept for up to 12 months. Transport records and GDP evidence are kept as long as law and contract require, typically five years. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
We do not sell your data. We share it only as far as needed to carry out transport, for example with the driver and for customs, and only within the EU or countries with equivalent protection. We use no third-party advertising networks.
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI), L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, ada.lt. You may contact it if you believe your data is handled unlawfully.
